Location 1:
Not large enough to handle supertankers or other maximum capacity vessels, this section of the Port of Portland handles the medium to small sized craft, both river traders and salt water cargo vessels. Not one of the cleaner areas of the river, since it runs through a heavily industrialized section of town, but this suits most of the people in this area just fine, since the smugglers tend to be a little shy around the cops.
Location 2:
Pacific Railways. This is the main terminal for the freight and shipping division of this rail carrier. Here they handle the bulk items that come in off the river and the sea, as well as the off-loading point for large quantities of bulk goods from farther inland. Not a good place to try to play the hobo, considering the armed gaurds (and smugglers) that can be found here.
Location 3:
Warehousing. The entire area between NW Yeon Ave and the Willamette River is littered with warehouses, where you could possibly find anything under the sun. No small-time action to be had here, tho; this is just storage. The deals happen in the various small bars and restaurants that pop up in the area.
